Strong Training & Coaching is taking action to support diversity and inclusion with our biannual scholarship to provide BIPOC talent with an opportunity to invest in their professional development.
We are here to help bridge the gap to increase the number of BIPOC executives and address racial gaps by supporting career journeys for these underrepresented professionals.
Each of the eight recipients of the scholarship will be awarded complimentary access to our Manager Essentials on-demand development program plus an executive coaching session.
Scholarship Requirements
- Less than 3 years experience managing others
- Applicants must be Native American, Asian/Pacific-Islander, Black/African American, Hispanic/LatinX, or Middle Eastern
- Applicants must reside in the United States
